Key West Cemetery , Florida USA
Key West is the southernmost city in the continental states of the United States. The local cemetery, with an area of about 20 Ha for 2020, is located at the foot of Solares Hill on the island of Key West, Florida, USA. The cemetery is located in the northwestern part of the Old Town of the island, a wonderful place overlooking the ocean. According to news media estimates, about 100,000 people are buried here, much more than all the inhabitants currently living on the island. From the archival data it is known that one tombstone is dated even from the XVIIth century. However, the cemetery is best known for its many unusual headstones with epitaphs. Such as: "I told you I was sick." "Jesus Christ, these people are terrible" "I just rest my eyes"
